The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mini Torque. Mini Torque operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Mini Torque is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services. However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device settings.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of products will meet your expectations or exactly match images shown.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, region or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Mini Torque reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.
If we do not accept, or must amend or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided. If a pricing or availability error is identified after you place an order, we may give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.
Purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy and the statutory rights set out below.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Unless expressly stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs or import charges.
Prices in our online store may differ from prices elsewhere. Promotions may be governed by separate terms. If a promotion conflicts with these Terms, the promotion terms apply.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and keep it updated. You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes or events outside our control.
Under UK consumer law, risk of loss passes to you once you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession of the goods. If you appoint a carrier not offered by us, risk passes at hand-over to that carrier.
If goods fail to arrive within a reasonable period, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund.
SECTION 6 – UK DISTANCE SELLING & CANCELLATION RIGHTS
This section applies to UK consumers.
You have a legal right to cancel an online order for most products within 14 days without giving a reason. This cancellation period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.
If you wish to cancel, you must notify us within this 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
We will refund:
- the price you paid, and
- standard outbound delivery charges,
within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving evidence they’ve been sent back).
We may deduct any reduction in value where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Certain products may be exempt from this statutory cancellation right, including:
- personalised or bespoke items,
- sealed goods not suitable for return once opened for hygiene reasons.
Any applicable exemptions will be indicated on the product page.
These statutory rights apply in addition to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 7 – FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This may include a repair, replacement or refund.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Mini Torque, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Nothing herein grants any licence or rights to patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property of Mini Torque, Shopify or any third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new features through the Services (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features shall also be deemed part of the Services and are subject to these Terms of Service.

The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties (including any embedded third party functionality). We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access of any third-party websites, or your purchase or use of any products, services, resources, or content on any third-party websites. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products and services should be directed to the third-party.
SECTION 11 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Mini Torque is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Mini Torque. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Mini Torque, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Mini Torque.
SECTION 12 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here, and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in other countries than where you reside, in order to provide services to you. In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; or (e) interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK law, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mini Torque and associated parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

- any rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mini Torque, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defence and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defence of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction where Mini Torque is established.
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the United Kingdom, you will benefit from any mandatory protections provided under UK consumer law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.
If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, you may also have mandatory statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those protections.
SECTION 24 - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Duties and Taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling fees. These costs are not included in our prices and must be paid by you. Customs policies vary, so we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or fees arising from customs processes.
International Returns
If you return an item from outside the UK, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we expressly agree otherwise. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Refund Currency
Refunds issued to customers outside the UK will be processed in GBP. Any differences caused by exchange rate fluctuation or bank charges applied by your card issuer or payment provider are outside our control and not refundable.
Contract Language
These Terms and any purchase contract are made in the English language.
