FMDV50 is Forge Motorsports blow off valve solution for the BMW 2.0 turbocharged B48 power units. This valve has been expertly designed and manufactured in the UK, Specifically designed for the BMW 2.0 B48 engine, this is a fully atmospheric (blow off) valve, so you can enjoy that fantastic “pshh” sound! 

This valve is a fully engineered solution offering significantly improved reliability, due to its piston based design with no diaphragm to fail and full aluminium construction. It replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. Furthermore, heavier springs are available and are easy to swap in, to suit your tuning needs if you add more boost pressure to your vehicle.
